Kurt has been involved in health & fitness training for 20+ years. His training background was formed through many years of martial arts and sports training. He takes an enthusiastic & innovative approach towards his fitness programming, and is constantly testing his theories on himself.

Mitch is from Winona, MN.  His favorite sport is football which he played growing up.  After high school he served 4 years in the Marine Corps as a Combat Engineer.  He then went to Winona State University to complete his bachelor’s degree in exercise science.

Michael has been involved in a large variety of sports including martial arts, cross country, track and field, fencing, tennis, and rock climbing. From those sports he is able to pull a large variety of techniques which create a unique training program suited to your needs.
